Purpose

Constituency Connect helps residents of Laikipia West bring community issues to the office of the Member of Parliament and follow their progress. It is a non-partisan public service tool.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, report in good faith, and do not submit false, abusive, hateful or defamatory content, other people's private information, or political campaigning material. Do not attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the platform.

What a report is and is not

A report is a request for the office to look into a matter. Submitting one does not guarantee a particular outcome or timeline. Referral of a report to another agency is not the same as resolution. Unless the platform shows that official authorisation has been confirmed, reports are not formal government requests.

Not for emergencies

Do not use this platform for emergencies. Call 999 or 112.

Consultations

Consultation responses inform the office's planning. They are not binding decisions of any government body.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit, and allow the operator to use it to handle your report and, for public reports, to display the non-personal details described in the Privacy Policy.

Account suspension

Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time.

Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from reliance on it or from interruptions of service.
