How it works
From your village to a result
Every report follows the same accountable path, and every change is recorded.
1. You report
Choose a category, describe the issue, pick your ward and village, and optionally add photos and your GPS location. You receive a tracking reference immediately.
2. Your village representative verifies
The report goes first to the representative for your village, who confirms it, adds field observations and starts work.
3. Your ward coordinator steps in
If it needs more than the village can do, it is escalated to the ward coordinator, who coordinates with agencies and other villages. If your village has no representative yet, it goes straight to the ward.
4. The constituency office resolves
Unresolved or sensitive issues reach the constituency office, which assigns, refers to agencies and follows up. The MP sees constituency-wide trends and escalations.
5. You confirm the result
You are told at every step. When a report is marked resolved you can give feedback, or reopen it within the reopening period if the problem is still there.
Privacy first
Private reports and your contact details are only visible to the staff handling them.
Evidence helps
Photos and a GPS pin let representatives find and verify the problem faster.
